【活動報告】地域連携に向けた協議を進めています

奄美大島における外国人材支援モデルの構築に向け、当機構では11月に入り、関係機関との具体的な連携の在り方について、引き続き協議を進めております。

現在、各分野における課題の整理や、受入れ体制の方向性について、関係者の皆さまと丁寧に意見交換を重ねながら、実効性の高い支援モデルの実現に向けて、段階的な調整を行っているところです。

また、関係機関との協議を踏まえ、
次回の奄美訪問は 2025年12月または 2026年1月を予定しており、現地にて関係者の皆さまと直接意見交換を行う計画です。

今後の具体的な取り組みの方向性を確認してまいります。

地域の実情に根ざした形で取り組みを前に進めるため、今後も教育機関・受入れ企業・行政機関をはじめとする皆さまと連携し、持続可能で安心できる地域共創型の人材支援モデルを構築してまいります。

Activity Report: Ongoing Coordination Toward Regional Collaboration

To establish a support model for foreign human resources in Amami Oshima, our organization has continued discussions throughout November regarding the specific forms of collaboration with related institutions.

We are currently organizing the issues faced in each sector and examining the direction of local acceptance frameworks. Through ongoing and careful dialogue with our partners, we are proceeding step-by-step toward building a highly effective and practical support model.

Based on these discussions, our next visit to Amami is planned for either December 2025 or January 2026, during which we intend to meet directly with local stakeholders and confirm the direction of upcoming initiatives.

To ensure that our initiatives truly reflect the realities of the region, we will continue to collaborate with educational institutions, local employers, and governmental bodies. Our aim is to establish a sustainable and community-based support model where both local residents and foreign human resources can thrive together.
