| 設立目的 | 奄美大島を拠点に、外国人材と地域社会の架け橋となる持続可能な地域モデルを構築することを目的とし、 多文化共生・育成就労・観光振興・国際交流といった複数の分野を横断的に支援・推進します。 特に「育成就労」という新たな概念のもと、 外国人が地域社会の中で働きながら学び、日本社会への適応とキャリア形成を同時に実現できる支援体制を整備しています。 |
| 主な活動内容 | 1. 外国人材の受け入れ支援事業 育成就労制度を活用した地域への受け入れ、生活・法務・労務などの総合サポートの提供 2. 就労育成コーディネーターの育成事業 地域の支援人材（社会保険労務士・行政書士・中小企業診断士・地域住民の皆さま）のネットワーク構築と、資格制度の整備 3. 多文化共生の環境整備事業 日本社会に暮らす外国人が、制度・文化・ルールを理解することを支援すると同時に、地域の日本人も多様な価値観や文化背景に対する理解を深め、相互に歩み寄る“共に生きる社会”の実現を目指す啓発活動 4. 観光・国際交流推進事業 奄美の地域資源を活かした観光商品開発や、地域住民および外国人向け国際交流イベントの開催 5. 研究・政策提言活動 外国人材政策や地域創生に関する調査研究を行い、行政・企業・市民に対する政策提言 |

Our Mission
This organization aims to establish a sustainable regional model that connects foreign human resources with local communities, based in Amami Oshima.
We promote and support initiatives across multiple areas such as multicultural coexistence, vocational development, tourism, and international exchange.
In particular, under the innovative concept of “nurturing-based employment”, we work to create a support system where foreign nationals can adapt to Japanese society while gaining work experience and building their own careers within the community.
Main Activities
1. Support for Acceptance of Foreign Human Resources
Comprehensive assistance for regional settlement under the nurturing-based employment system, including legal, labor, and lifestyle support.
2. Training Program for Employment Development Coordinators
Establishing a network and certification system for local professionals involved in foreign talent support (e.g., labor consultants, administrative scriveners, SME consultants, local residents).
3. Promotion of Multicultural Coexistence
Educational activities to foster mutual understanding, where foreign residents learn about Japan’s systems and culture, and local communities also deepen their awareness of diverse cultural perspectives.
4. Tourism and International Exchange Promotion
Development of tourism content for foreign visitors based on local resources in Amami and organizing international exchange events.
5. Research and Policy Advocacy
Conducting research on regional revitalization and foreign talent policy, providing policy proposals to governments, businesses, and the public.
Target Area
Primarily Amami Oshima, as well as other remote islands designated as “border islands” across Japan.
